In Denmark there is implementation of the http://www.betterplace.com/ concept which is to swap depleted batteries from an Electric Vehicle rather tha charging the depleted batteries and having to wait for that recharge .

Denmark is definitely ahead of the rest of us. I believe we will need places like this in order for electric cars to be embraced by the main population. Many people are focused on the obstacles mentioned to buy electric.
